With over 14 years of progressive Human Resource expertise, she has significantly contributed to industries including Aviation, Oil and Gas, Academia, Media, Wellness, Fashion, Medical Laboratory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Certified as a Professional in HR (PHR) since 2014 by the Human Resource Certification Institute (USA), Emmaline holds a first-class degree in Human Resource Management (BBA) from Valley View University and an Advanced International Human Resource Management Diploma (2023). Emmaline is also the founder of The Fearless and Fabulous Network, a platform inspiring women globally in leadership, faith, love, and personal growth. Additionally, as Director of the West Africa Female Leaders and Entrepreneurs Network, she empowers women and youth to position their businesses for success.
Her passion for Africa’s youth led her to establish Level Up Africa, a mentorship and personal development initiative that provides free training in soft skills and career advancement to young Africans.
